I am having another transmission installed in a 07 Harley truck that me and my dad are building. The truck has the factory 22 inch wheels on it. Here is my question, what do I need to tell them to change out from the trucks current transmission to make sure that the speedo is adjusted for the larger wheels? Sorry for the newb question but I know nothing about transmissions!

 

The adjustments to the speedo for larger wheels is done in the trucks computer. There are no changes to be made in the transmission.

Since you said that the wheels are factory and came with the truck, then no changes have to be made to anything. Once the new tranny is in you should be good to go.
