torque convertor issue?

Ok, truck is 05 with 100,000 miles, mods are Magnacharger, Troyer Custom Tunes, Detroit true trac and several other supporting mods such as exhaust etc....
I started having an issue today going through about a 50mph zone, when I let off the accelerator quickly, there is a loud thump and it feels like the rear of the truck jumps a little like I was rear ended, it only does this between about 50-60 mph, won't do it with the O/D locked out or at any other speeds, truck runs through the gears okay? If I ease out of the throttle it doesn't seem to do it or not to that extreme at least.
Also I have a dashhawk and I was watching the drivetrain slip and the torque convertor is locked the whole time this happens. I just installed the tunes last week and the only other thing going on is when I set my cruise the torque converter locks and unlocks nonstop regardless of speed. Sorry for the long post but wanted to give as much info as possible.

Any ideas?

Not yet, didn't notice it until after business hours on Friday night, I was hoping someone had ran into this before. Hopefully it is just something in the tune that Mike can adjust...
