i have a 97 f150 4x4 with a 4.6l and 4r70w and was wondering what needs to be done to the trans or what trans i need to use when i do my 5.4 swap the 4r70 in the truck has 323,000 miles ,so do i need to rebuild this one to with stand the extra torque of my 5.4 or should i be trying to find a 4r75 and re pin which i think is what i want to do if its even possible to do so my 5.4 is just stock out of a 2000
