I have a 06 5.4 xlt i had 60000 and my tranny is done. MY mechanis says it cant be fixed and i need a new one. I dont think i want the same reman ford tranny. What is a heavy duty long lasting tranny that can take a good amount of power and also take a beating. Anybody have any options for me?
