Shift Firmness

Hey guys, just bought a hypertech max energy programmer. I was wondering what settings would be best to set this at, for regular gas setting...

the reason im posting this in the transmission part is because i want to know about shift firmness, is better or worse for the tranny?
Which percentage is the best? (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%) thanks guys!

100% or 75% The higher the best, because you get more oil pressure in the tranny
