Trans slip while shifting down 2 gears

Trans slip while shifting down 2 gears
I recently rebuilt my trans and it slips whenever it shifts down 2 gears at one time like going up a hill or flooring it.It does fine when shifting down 1 gear and driving normal. What could be the problem? What controls the kickdown? Thanks
