Really loud t-case "clack"
Last night I had to lock my '06 5.4L into 4L (elec. t-case) and it worked fine with no unusual noise or activity, but I wasn't so lucky today.
This morning I had to lock it in 4L again and got a really loud "CLACK" followed by what felt like a really weak lock-in, not the strong solid lock-in I used to get. I also tried it a couple more times throught out the day and got the same results. The truck is still under warranty. What should I do?

I feel like an idiot for this.:o I took it to the dealer and rode with the tranny tech to show him what I was talking about with the issues at hand. He basically explained to me how the IWE hubs and shift on the fly works. I guess I'm just **** about noises, vibrations, and stuff like that.
