performance 4160e

Just need to know where I can find parts to make that tranny bulletproof

4L60E and bulletproof are two words that do not go together.

4L80E and bulletproof do, you can convert your tranny for around ~3000 to a 4L80E.

Haha good one, you made my day... 4L60E bulletproof...

Well whatever the tranny is in my truck I thought that's what it was.... maybe not its a 99 ford f150 4x4.. I just want to build it good

Wyou need to do is look on the door plate for the tranny code. If it's "U" that's a 4R70W, if it's an "E", it's a E4OD/4R100. It's MOST likely a 4R70W.
