Shifting?

I have a 2001 4.2 F150 5sp and i was wondering what i can do to make my shifting smoother? i was thinking about turbo charging it so i want to improve the shifting on it first, any info would be great, thanks.

Change the lube, put synthetic ATF or GM Synchromesh in it.

honestly i dont see how a different clutch/flywheel would improve shifting unless there was somthing wrong with the factory one.

the fluid change should help alittle but its still a truck trans and is not designed to be shifed fast to really improve the feal youd need to put a car transmission in it like a tko or t56
