I have bought a 2006 Screw with 3.73 rear end.....I have noticed that when I ever so slightly accelarate then let off it feels like a brake is engaging...I`m talking giving it enouh gas to overcome the weight of the truck ...if I let up on the gas it will slow up like like the brakes are on.....anyone heard of this or have an idea...is it possible the rear disk parking brake is binding? I have 5000 kms left on warranty....time for a visit?

 

I had problems with both the ebrake and rear calipers binding on my '04. At the time, the Ford warranty covered repairs. Check the wheels after you've driven for a while. If the brakes are binding, the wheels will be very hot.
