Leak at output shaft seal

I have a 07 f150 4x4 Crewcab xlt, with BDS 5" leaf springs in the rear, with custom drive shaft.
This is the second time the rear seal has started leaking.
The first time was 3000 miles ago when i still was using the pro comp 3" blocks in the rear and the factory drive shaft.

My transmission has also started to leak on the left side of the transmission pan, i can't tell if it is coming from the pan its self or just above it.

Has anyone here experienced these types of problems on a newer truck?

I know its covered under warranty, BUT i don't want them to just change the seal out again and send me on my way. There has to be something causing this to happen. And just putting a new seal in is just putting a band aid on a gapping wound.

Any ideas that i can throw at them before i take it in would be great....

Maybe your custom drive shaft too long causing it to bottom out against the extension housing. Too short? Extreme drive shaft angles?
