binding 3 on the tree

binding 3 on the tree

Seems to be binding in the actual column. Going from 1st to 2nd, 3rd is ok, but coming back down into 1st, reverse is really tougho. Any ideas?

if i had to guess i would say i bushing is badly worn or had broken and fallen out but i have really no idea since i dont own nor have i ever driven a 3 on the tree but if i were you i would post this question over here

they have sections for the older trucks i assume yours is a 60s or 70s you would have better luck over there you could probobly just search and find your answer good luck
