i have a 97 f150 4x2x2 5.4 triton motor today when i got on the road i noticed my driver side power window not working. then i saw that my speedometer wasn't working either. as i got closer to my destination the truck began to shift funny.. staying in first longer then jumping abruptly into second. then eventually being in drive was just like nutreul had to put in low 2 to move forward,also noticed my window would work when truck was in park but not in reverse or drive.can anybody help??? thanks in advance.

 

I doubt the window has anything to do with the speedometer. the speedometer probably caused the rest of the transmission issues however.
You might want to check for blown fuses before you do anything else.

thanks alan,i checked all the fuses,they all seem fine.the battery went dead overnight i jumped it got it running, speedo and windows not working.do you think it could be an o2 sensor? or something electrical? still shfting funny barely engaging in drive
