93 F150 6cyl, new front pump, plates, discs, seals, etc.

Pressure looks good, solenoids seem to be operating, and D2, 2-3, and 3-4 plungers move easily in the valve body. I had to file down the case where the center support is bolted.

I'm stumped! (and more than a little cranky). What am I missing?
