Shifting question??

Have a question

Whenever I got on the gas not WOT but maybe 1/2 to 3/4's of the way Just before it shifts into second gear there is a vibration which seems to come from the trans. Just wondering if this is normal or not? Would and fluid flush help this? My truck is a 2005 5.4l 4x4

Thanks
Jeff

How many miles?
You can drop the pan yourself or
buy a sucker to draw out 6 quarts from
the dipstick.
Put in 6 fresh Valvoline maxlife.

Do it again in 6 months and you will have 75 % new fluid in
the trans. In another 6 months again will get you 84 %

Corvetteguy do you think that will help the problem? I have 68000kms on my truck.

I do notice that if on the throttle hard through second gear just before it shifts into 3rd it will do the same type of vibration.

Just bought a 97 extcab F150 with 82000
for 8K$ in like new in and out condition from
a dealer in NE PA.
The truck is really like new.
After the trans warms up a little I notice
that when I do not push it when it is upshifting
that I get a upshift and a rumble like I just drove
over a 1 second rumble strip.
If I hold the same speed it will rumble and shift every few seconds.

I do not know if the prev owner changed fluid every 30K.

If I push the throttle through the upshift and hold the shift
a little longer no shutter. If I drive it hard no shutter.

Changed 6 quarts of fluid with Valvoline maxlife (Mercon V)
and now the shift points are higher and stronger and
NO MORE SHUTTER.

Hey,, its worth a first cheap shot.
