Recommended fluid change procedure

What is the best way/place to have the fluid changed?

Drain the TC, drain the pan, then clean it, change the filter, and filler up.

Drop the pan,drain the torque converter,replace filter and re-fill with proper tranny fluid

I'm guessing the "flush" that seems to be popular right now isn't a good way to change the fluid?

Not good from what I hear, the flushing, but if funds permit even hook up with a pan with extra 2 quart capacity and a drain plug= very nice. I've always added about 4 bottles of fluid, going through the gears a bit and filling again until the level is good.
