I have a 2002 F150 S/C 5.4 auto 4x4
After the transmission went at 100,000 Kms and i spent 2000 on a new one
I picked up a transmission temp guage, has anyone ever installed one and if so where and how?

I have a mechanical temp gauge installed in the line running from the tranny to the radiator. Autometer (and probably some others) make a manifold that installs in this line and you screw your sensor into the manifold. Easy to do. Check out their web site for all the parts.
