Transmission Help!

I posted on the 7th with no luck.
2000 f150 4.6L 4R70W

1. At steady throttle the truck accelerates to 40 or 45 mph and to 2400rpm on the tach. I am not accelerating rapidly, wehn throttling the tach is maybe at the 2000 mark. Between 2400 and 3000 she lags noticeably and then surges forward. Everytime! WHy the bogging down and lack of linear acceleration?

2. At 50mph+ on a pedal to floor acceleration the transmission seems to disengage, rev to the limiter and then find the down shift. Very discomforting.

WTF
I have 151,000 miles on the vehicle

PLEASE HELP WITH ANY INFO!
I do not have any aftermarket tranny stuff and I am using the hypertech power pack III 87 octane tune with no other mods.
