C6 Stalling at stop
Truck: 1988 F150 C6 Transmission 2WD.
Recently my truck has started stalling whenever coming to a stop. I thought it might be the IAC but after cleaning it the problem still happens. The truck runs just fine at first but after about 3 miles of driving around town it starts stalling at stops, increasing in frequency the longer I drive until it happens every stop.
My next guess is that either the IAC unit is faulty and needs to be replaced or it's the torque converter. Any suggestions?
