Those of you with bodylifts and 5 speed

Hey for those of you that have a body lift installed and the M50D transmission(5 speed) whatd you do about the shift boot? Did you just leave it the way it is all compressed or did alter it/buy a different shift boot to fix it? Honestly it drives me nuts when i look at it lol im just looking for some ideas to fix it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

Stick a Hurst shifter in and you will not notice the boot.

It does transmit tranny noise up through the lever but then again I don't expect the cab to be a quiet as a car so I don't really mind the noise. I have a Borla exhaust and BFG MTs so all three of these make noise.
