Question Trans Fluid Level

Had trans fluid flush and change, filter and gasket replaced this week end.
Fluid level is at top of do not add on dip stick.
Is that ok or is it over filled.

According my 1997 F150 owners manual, the correct way to check the trans fluid level is with the engine at normal operating temp, but if it's cold, that's ok too.

1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Start the engine and move the gearshift lever thru all the gear ranges. Allow sufficient time for each gear to engage.
3.Latch the gearshift lever in P, set the parking brake and leave the engine running.
4.Remove the dipstick, wiping it clean with a clean, dry rag.
5.Install the dipstick.
6.Remove the dipstick and inspect the fluid level.
*For 4r70w trans, the fluid level should be within the crosshatched area, or if the vehicle has not been driven, between the holes near the bottom of the indicator.

*For e4od trans, the fluid level should be within the HOT area or if the vehicle has not been driven, within the COLD area.

I'm sure it's not much different for a 2003, as that was the same procedure for my old 1971 LTD when I was 16 years old!
