I have a 4R75E trans code B , year 2005 . I want to put a new one in it, but itīs cominf off a 2006 model and the code is Q. Can I do the swap? are they the same trans or is there something different about the two ?Thanks for the info guys.

Ford changed the code for some reason, my guess is to remove the confusion with the superdutys "B" of the 5R110.

But as long as both are 4x4 or 4x2, you'll be good, unless there is some small detail I don't know about the new trucks.
