i found a new 4r70 in a junk yard with 20,000 on it and they want $1000 for it. its out of an 02,i don't think there'd be a problem puttin itin my 00 if i get it.but if anybody knows of any reason it wouldn't work i'd like to hear it,i appreciate any help.

should bolt right up. 1,000 isnt bad with 20k. what are they new 2,000$-2,500$?
