I am having to rebuild a 4R70W and my friend that is doing it for me has me looking for some used parts. I need 2004 up model year parts from a 4R70W or 4R75W. I need the front parts of the tranny (The front pump and stator support assembly. All the intermediate clutch parts. The forward clutch cylinder and input shaft. And the reverse cylinder assembly). He told me I could use them from almost any 2004 trannys for example F-150's, Crown Vics, Mustangs.
I am hoping to find a very high mileage tranny or one with a busted case or broken tail shaft. My friend that is doing the work is in Orlando. Any help would be appreciated.
