Is it possible to update the F150 transmission to the 6 Speed auto unit in the Expedition?

 

Anything is possible if you have enough time and money. How much of each do you have for this? I expect it will take a lot of both.

The trans isn't plug and play. You'll need the complete wiring harness and computer from the Expedition. And I suspect that there will be some mounting differences, too, so you'll need some fabrication.

I have read about the 5 speed from the F250 not fitting because of the tunnel size difference, but not about the 6 speed from the Expedition.
