hi, my name is jake and my 1995 F150 recently started making a grinding noise while downshifting into 2nd. shifting into 2nd from 1st is fine but there is a metal on metal grinding sound when you shift from 3rd. the truck is still running and preforming excatly as it was but i am concerned about this strange noise. if anyone has any ideas on what is going on here that would be great, thanks alot.
