4r70w Transmission issue - PLEASE HELP

Hello there,

Any help that could be given would be greatly appreciated. Here is what is going on. I have a 2000 F150 5.4l V8 (in california, with the emissions package, and tow package) but somehow i ended up with the 4r70w transmission. Anyway long story short i now have a lightning supercharger on there and my transmission is not working up to par, or at least the way that it was. If i start from a stop the 1-2 shift is fine the 2-3 shift is fine however when it gets to the 3-4 shift it feels like it slipps into nuetral and then if it revs it finnally hits fourth and drops into gear. Durring the slip it revs the engine but i do not increase speed at all, also if i let it rev it snaps into gear faster but harder. I want this thing to go properly. I checked the trans fluid stick and it came out with plenty of fluid and it was a nice bright red. I dont know what this issue could be... putting down 464 torque to the rear wheels i am not sure if that is the issue. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a bad OD band , or servo , or solenoid. I have a 2000 e250 5.4L with the 4rw70 and had a bad spring / valve for the 2-3 shift .. they fixed that now it comes out of od when driven city for 20 miles.
If I drive it on the highway it's fine from cold.

i am thinking that this is more of a tuning issue now because it only started after my tuner did the tune for the SC. before that it was working perfect.
