Hey guys, I have a 94 Ford F-150 4X4 w/E4OD. The problem is driving down the road at any speed my trans just stops working then ingages again. Sometimes the trans runs fine. But lately it seems to run rough with hard shifting and stops after it warms up. I pulled the drain pan and no metal articles where there. The trans looked new but fluid leakage around the torque converter. Could the converter be causing the problem or does it sound like the trans is going out. Any answers would be greatly appreciated from you guys.

 

is it when wet if so check the plug on the rearend for cracks a guy at work had the same type of prob and that was the prob
