hey new to this site but in need of some help. I have a 97 F150 4.6 auto. it has ben hard ****ing from 1-2 for about two months is you let rpms drop it shifts fine. mechanic aid just take it easy and see if it finaly gives a code....no code then all the sudden loud banging. so I got adventurous and pulled trany (all day job believe me) founf that the flex plate was warped they said 45 thousandt out and was bad. I want to put it all back together. do you think it will solve the problems or have sugestions about what migh have caused the flex plate to bend? sorry about multiple questions but I am worried about putting it back in and finding I still have problems. thanks
