Checking the differential level??????

Checking the differential level??????

Where in gods name is the bolt to check your differential level? I cant find it to save my life. My F-350 has them on the outside covers and I looked around and I kept saying to myself WHERE the HELL is it?

TRUCK: 1997 F-150 4X4 4.6L

thanks, i found them by looking further with some good lighting. anyone know if this truck has manual or automatic hubs on the front? id like to make the driveshaft on the front stop turning cause it bugs me....

Nope, the wheels are perminatly attached to CV joints and when you go to 4x4 a Center Axle Disconnect locks from a vacuum pulse signal.

True...however, when a CAD system is running in 2wd, the front driveshaft is not supposed to be turning. If it is turning in 2wd, something is not working right.
