That's it? I'da thunk you'd sunk the truck up to the hood in mud. I've done stuff like that in my truck with no ill effects.

How is dirt on the inside of the dipstick tube?

To be honest...my guess is that when it was in for service they didn't replace the dipstick completely and the water leaked in but who knows.

The motor was completely brown as was the hood insulator.

On a side note: IT WAS AWESOME!!!

My truck was like that not too long ago...except there was no water in the intake, or in the tranny dip stick.
