trans or diff?
I get a shutter felt throughout the truck when I put a load on the truck
example (pulling a 3000lb. boat out of the boat ramp)
2001 ford f150 auto limited slip diff 89k thanks

Service the trans and refill it with mercon V sounds like you are getting a little converter shudder. If it only happens when the trans is hot install a cooler too.
