Automatic trans...tight shifts?

After I changed my spark plugs, I noticed that my transmission was shifting a lot tighter than is used to. Is this because of the lost power that I gained after pulling my plugs(the motor itself gained a lot more power)? It doesn't feel like a trans slip or anything, and there's no unusual noise, just wonderin if it's randomly going to blow up on me at some point. Thanks.

Luckyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy God! But yes, probably shifting harder due to the regained power. How many miles were on the last set of plugs?

Right at 93k miles on the last set of plugs. The gapping for the 4.6 plugs is supposed to be at .054, when I took the old plugs out the gap was like twice as big because they were so worn. Thanks for the reply and I like the new sig. Do you use PSP or Photoshop?
