Question Royal Purple Sychromesh ATF @ 62k miles?

Would it be beneficial for my M5OD 5-spd to refill it with Royal Purple Synchromesh ATF at 62k miles?

I changed my ATF fluid at 30k miles with Valvoline ATF when the shifting got kind of rough. Now at 62k it's starting to get rough again.

Sometimes it won't go into first gear after it's been sitting overnight. After I force it into second, it'll finally go into first. After I drive it a minute and it warms up, it shifts fine until the next morning when I go to put it in first gear.

Do you guys think a simple fluid change to synthetic ATF would help my problem?

Thanks for any help.

Give it a shot. I have found that our M5OD's shift great with Mercon, but you won't hurt anything so let us know.
