quick question which port to use

quick question which port to use

which port on the trany is the best to use for a temp gauge?
ther are 3 test ports right side and one line port left side(easist to get at)

I prefer to hook up to the cooler lines for an accurate reading.

The last one I did had me remove pan and weld a pipe bung to the side for the temp sensor. I had the pan off anyways to service and replace the filter.

The one marked LINE will have pressure at it all the time, but all three should show the same temperature.

There is a plug on the driver side for them.
