I'm in the process of installing a tran. temp. gauge in my 2003 super crew. it has a 4.6 engin and is a 4x4. I did a search on this instaliation and thought I found everthing I needed. (you guys are great) but when I crawled under my truck I could not find the test plug. I would rather install the senser here then having to cut into one of the lines. Any help would be very helpfull.

 

There are three on the passenger's side, just above the pan, towards the rear of the trans.

 

thanks found them (behind the heat sheald) If i get a break from the rain this weekend maybe i could the gauge installed. the sending unit is supposed to fit into one of the plugs. with my luck they won't.
