Are there any manually controlled automatic transmissions out there? To get into more detail, I'm looking for an automatic transmission that requires my input to shift up or down. Also, it would be nice to have control over the torque converter's lock-up function.

I'm just thinking about all the options should the manual trans in my '95 ever decides to blow up beyond reasonable repair.
