4.56 Ratio

I've Been Advised To Upgrade My Gears To 4.56 Ratio Because Of My Lift On My Truck. I Lifted My Truck In November '05. Now, My Question Is; What Happens If I Do Not Upggrade My Gears, Is Wearing Out My Tranny Is A Process That Develops Over Time Or Something Thats Happening Right Now.

Depending on your dealer he might void your warranty if he feels your mod caused the problem its in your owners manual. I see that you lifted your truck but did you put larger tires on. The tires will do the damage if you have like 35in. tires and no gear upgrade.
