4:10's

Well I figured I would post here... I have an 02 V6 single cab. Put a body lift and coil spacers on and am runnin 305's. I regeared to 4:10's because it was killin my hp and my mpg. I want to go bigger now. So I am getting more lift and just got a set of 35's. I am hoping that I will not have to regear. I am hoping that I will only loose a little. I had 3:55's stock and went from a 255 tire to a 305 and thats a big jump. Will it make that big of a difference goin up 2-3 inches on the tire?? Chime in with help thanks

It will be about half as bad as it was when it killed your hp and mpg the first time. You will need 4.30s to get close to your factory performance and at least 4.56 if you want improved performance. Without the change, it will certainly be a noticeable "******* out" in the city. You'll run around 150rpms lower on the highway.
