for some reason ever since ive owned my truck ive noticed that the manual transmission feels "notchy" or hard to get in gear sometimes kinda like it is passing through gaits or notches or something i dont know but it is in perfect order is this just the way it is built or what do any of yall have the same problem???

 

Try filling the transmission with gm syncromesh fluid. if that doesn't get it I would question maybe a bad pilot bearing, air in the clutch or maybe the clutch slave cylinder. Sounds like the clutch may not be releasing completely.
