Replacing 4R70W

Hey everyone.I need some encouragement here.Mainly from the people who've done a tranny job. Im pulling my transmission due to a failing planetary gear. Heres where i'm at, Ive pulled the crossmember and brace. Ive pulled the inspection plate and unbolted the torque converter, starter, wiring, shift cable and all the bellhousing bolts(even the 2 top ones that had to have 42 extensions to reach, lol). Im doing this with the truck on the ground in a gravel driveway and I got frustrated with my lack of room and the 3rd starter bolt. Ok so what am I missing to pull this thing out?The only one I can see left is a bolt that the trans dipstick was bolted to. Is it possibly threaded all the way into the block? When its ready to come out will it fall or will I have to be persuasive? Its not that hard of a job really just limited space for me under the truck. So thanks in advance for any info and steps I may have missed. -Josh

The third starter bolt can be accessed through the passenger's side wheel well area with a long extension and a 13mm swivel socket. When you say bolt that the trans dipstick was bolted to, do you mean the 8mm bolt on the passenger's side head that holds the tube in place, or the 13mm bellhousing bolt that has an eyelet for the bracket? I think you should have seven bellhousing bolts total removed, five short and two long, not counting the short 13mm bolts for the inspection plate. Four torque converter nuts. Sometimes they get hung up on the dowel pins and have to be pried away from the block, sometimes they'll pop right loose.

The bolt I was referring to was the 13mm bolt with the eyelet on the bellhousing. Does it need to come out? Is part of the seven bolts holding the starter? Ive pulled 2 on top 3 on the driver side...thats all I could see.
