E4OD Major Fluid Loss

Hello, I'm A new member w/ a problem. I have a 94 f150 w/ a 5.8L. When the truck is driven more than 10 miles or so the trans starts to lose a lot of fluid and it's coming from the front of the trans around the TC seal. I talked to a trans place but they were hesitant in helping, but did tell me to check w/ the torque converter solenoid. This tech seemed to think that the tc may not be working correctly and that the fluid was overheating and causing it to be pushed out the front tc seal. I do have a OTC scan tool and I can see that the TC is cycling on/off, but I don't see or fell the RPM change. The fluid temp is at or over 200 degree's when the fluid loss does happen. I have yet to see the fluid temp to go over 230. There are not any trouble codes w/ the trans. The fluid and filter have been changed and the cooler has been flushed.
Can anyone

First off, 200 degrees is very hot for a transmission. I tow in the mountains and rarly see anything over 180. I would have someone do a good diag on it to see exactly what is going on. If the scanner you have says it is cycling but you can't feel it, your tc might be shot. Get it fixed before it destroys the rest of the trans.

200 is my upper limit of comfort level for a E4OD/4R100. Any more than that is too hot for me.

Where is your sensor for the temp gauge? Pre cooler, after cooler, at the cooler? How is the cooler? Could it be clogged up?
