I'm not to familiar with the Triton bolt patterns, but you do need to know what engine the F250 has. The pattern for the 300, 302, 351 is different than the 460 and diesel.

The bolt pattern for the newer engines is different than that of any earlier engine. It won't bolt up. At the least you would need an adaptor plate made. It can be done, but it usually isn't cheap.
