Hey all.

thanks for this forum it is so great. found that my od light flashing at me last week was a code P0503 vss intermittent, no harm no foul ... my question is ... in doing some research and surfing i have come across a couple of posts that describe similar issues to what im experiencing with the vibration coming from the drivetrain as i pick up speed.. can this vibration be caused by the vss going out thus causing a problem with the torque converter ?...... the vibration starts as a clicking sound and as i accelerate from around 25mph on up it vibrates and the only time it seems to get any better is as i let off the pedal...

No, the VSS is simply a magnetic sensor on your rear diff. Easy to unbolt and clean off which usually takes care of it. Worst case is just to buy a new one.

Vibration could be from anywhere.
