Factory Tech plate kit/shiftkits - what springs do you guys use?

Stock truck, probably gonna leave it that way cept for the FT plate kit I just got.
What I am wondering is if I should leave the 2-3 spring in, as well as the 1-2 lower? I did a similar mod to my decently modified Tbird but left the 2-3 spring out and only used the top 1-2 spring...

Want to see what other do, and their thoughts.

The converter in the truck makes the biggest difference. With a stock converter install the new upper spring from the kit in the 1-2 bore and remove the inside lower spring in that bore. Leave the 2-3 spring alone. If you get a higher stall converter you may want to remove both lower springs and the 2-3 spring.

For future references -

I think that combination is exactly what I needed. 1-2 at more throttle is nice and hard/firm, about as much as one would want, and 2-3 could probably get away with leaving the 2-3 out, but I am definitely glad I left it in. At normal throttle shifts are nci and quick, and only slightly firmer than stock (well how it feels inside the cab anyways).
So thanks again for the great advice

On another note my fuel filter was completely clogged, so with that replace and the kit, it's like driving a different truck.
