grinds going into 2nd

I have an 02 4x4 with the m50d in it. If I shift into second when I'm going faster than 15mph it grinds, and it grinds if I downshift faster than 15mph. Any help would be appreciated

your synchro's might be going

Yeah thats what I was thinking, just wondering if anyone else came up with something different, Thanks for the help
