1997 4r70w

I have a 97 with a 4.6 and a 4r70w. It currently has 107,000 miles on it with original trans and engine. I have seen many threads that say the 97 4r70w is not a great trans. My question is: what can I do if anything to make sure the trans will last another 100,000 miles. I do regular services every 25,000 miles or so and rarely tow or haul anything heavy. I do have 33" tires and 4.10 gears. Thanks for the input!!!

I could give you a list but it's cheaper to just start with a later unit.
The roller clutch was one of the major problems that make 97 and earlier units fail soo much.
