Auto Tranny in 97 5.4 ext cab

Folks, where do I find out what tranny I have in my pickup and what type of juice to put in it when I flush it out?
This truck has almost 200K on it and I have not EVER changed the fluid. I know I am on borrowed time but the dang thing runs great and shifts pretty good. This truck is my daily driver and I also tow with it. I just figured it is time to change the fluid. I have always checked the level but have not ever had to add any since it was new. I love these Fords. I am pretty good on maintenance for other parts of the vehicle, but I just neglected the transmission. Now I have decided to see if I can get just a little better shift performance out of it by changing the fluid. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In the driver's door jamb is a blue sticker. Under TR will be either a U or an E if you have an automatic. U is 4R70W and E is E4OD.

The 4R70W uses MERCON V and the E4OD uses MERCON.
