Replacing Clutch ? Where can I get best parts?

Looks like the slave cylinder is leaking in my 03 f-150 (V6).
(45,000 miles) Don't know if this normal or not. Seems like a short life to me... My Ranger 4cyl went 140K before it even had clutch problems and I ran it alot harder than this truck.
I was wondering how much work is invovled in doing this job myself. I want to get it right the first time, but above that I don't wanna pay someone to do what I can do myself.
Also who sells the best replacement parts for my truck?

I figure I'll be replacing clutch, slave cylinder and the throwout bearing. Any thoughts or comments from those that have done done this before?
