Standard Clutch stuck

I have a f150 standard transmission. The other night it was -50C with windchill. Plugged in my truck and let it run to warm up but the clutch is still a bit buggered.
It has no pressure up to about the last 10% when I press down on the clutch. Its also hard to get it into first gear. I was hoping it would go back to normal with the warmer weather but no go.
I checked the fluid and they seem to be good.
Any suggestions for the problem and how to fix.
Thanks in advance

Wow! Neg 50! I had my bronco in neg 35 once and it did just act funny like that. Where are you? Whats "warmer"? And, what year/engine do you have?
